The Saunders Trembley team was remarkable from beginning to end in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. The first and foremost quality is that they treat you with respect, provide open and honest feedback and there is no pressure. They put the customer first and do their best to satisfy all their requests. We were fortunate to deal with Aga Binkowski and Mike Saunders in our transactions. The communication was excellent and they were always accessible to respond to any questions we had. The team as a whole is a wealth of knowledge and they guided us through the process and strategy to obtain top dollar for our property and at the same time purchase a new property managing the negotiation, timing and eliminating any exposure to risks associated when buy and selling. Another great factor we found beneficial is that they work as a team. Being well versed in real estate and the Tri-City area, they were able to provide us unique out of the box options and contacts to trades and industry professionals to optimize the design of a new home and also for staging our home. Lastly, the relationship is what is the most important to them. Everyone wants to make money but that is a secondary priority to them and building a relationship with their customer is what make for a wonderful experience.

After a hectic 3 months of buying then selling a house, the dust has settled and I find myself with the time to thank someone I have called brother for the last 25 years. Mike Saunders. My girlfriend had a private buyer for her house and if I may say a highly unmotivated realtor who wasn’t helping. The buyer wanted us to find a place ASAP as he was anxious and rightfully so. My girlfriend wasn’t happy with the effort by her realtor and I suggested we use my friend Mike. I texted him and he got right back to me. Told him what we were looking for and he sent us listings. 2 days later we went to see 3 houses he had sent. We fell in love with the last one and put an offer in 3 days later and we got our forever home. And with a 6 week closing. Perfect. Well the private buyers financing fell through and we called Mike once again. He suggested a mortgage broker Claire, to our jack of all trades Jeffrey all were and are total professionals who went above and beyond any expectations we had. Through it all not one person in Mikes team was anything less than amazing. Personally and professionally. That same team is currently helping us take our dream home to the next level. Gail, she will blow you away... away with her amazing house selling skills and measuring beds with her fingers. Her typing skills improved greatly during the process. She also makes a good old fashioned when she remembers what to put in it. But for realsies... Gail was a delight to work with. She was very personal, outgoing, and competent . We never felt pressured to make a decision and knew she would get us the best deal possible. We have bought and sold quite a few home over the years and finally found THE best realtor ever. When we said to Aga we needed to sell quick, she said it would if we followed her suggestions (which we did to a T) we would have no problems. First off Aga did a thorough walk through and pointed out items to fix, replace, move or add, we did every single item on the list. Aga then suggested a sell price, we agreed. Aga suggested a decorator come through to provide suggestions and provided a list of thing to add and remove, we did every single item on the list as well. She also suggested her photographer come to take some dramatic picture, again we agreed and he took fantastic photos and did an awesome online slide show. Aga then did another thorough walk through to check all items previously revised and suggested that weekend for an Open House then did the listing, we agreed. Aga then suggested we hold off on opening any offers till the following Monday after the open house, we agreed even though one followed the next day. We had offers before the open house then more during so the Monday after was a nail bitter but she walked us threw it and guided us along. We ended up selling for far more then asking without any conditions! From first visit to moving day was three weeks, can anyone say AWESOME agent! Thanks Aga, you made not our day but made our future!
