Drunken Style Noodles with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 8 cups plus 3/4 cup water, plus more as needed
- 8 ounces rice noodles, as thick as you can find
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce*
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce or gluten-free Tamari
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- salt
- 1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound large (31/35) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 cups bite-sized broccoli florets
